Pursuant to the requirements of Arkansas Nuclear One-Unit 2 Technical Speci-fication 6.9.1, we now submit the subject report which covers testing during August, September and October, Supplements to the Startup Report submitted September 13, 1979 will continue to be submitted persuant to Technical Speci-fication 6.9.1.3 until we have completed the startup test program and commenc-ed comercial power operation.
