Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act and/or Sunshine Acts, please send me a copy of the " comprehensive evaluation of safeguards at United Nuclear Corporation's plant in Wood River Junction, Rhode Island" and "compre-hensive reports covering three other facilities evaluated during 1977" as reported in Enclosure D of the Weekly Information Report, week ending December 23, 1977, from T.A. Rehm.
Please tell me the names and locations of the "three other facilities evaluated during 1977",and tell me the schedules for conducting similar evaluations at other facilities.
