NRC STAFF'S RESPONSE TO JOHN F. DOHERTY'S MOTION TO COMPEL ANSWERS The NRC Staff opposes the motion to compel responses to interrogatories filed by John F. Doherty on December 3, 1979, in the captioned proceeding.
The motion is moot because the Staff's responses to all pending interrogatories were filed on December 6,1979, the same day that the Staff received the instant motion.
