Enclosed is a list of NRC-approved State government attendees (students) for the November cd - December 7,1979 Radiological Emergency Response Operations course.
Also enclosed is a list of names, social security numbers, date of birth and citizenship of the attendees.
It is our understanding that this information will be used for DOE security requirements for visiting the DOE-NTS and for radiation dosimetry record-keeping purposes.
A copy of the Privacy Act Statement which NRC will send to all prospective attendees is attached. There will also be five observers.
We will promptly notify you of any last-minute changes to the list.
