MEMORANDUM TO MEMBERS OF THE ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING BOARD AND TO PETITIONERS TO INTERVENE OR PARTICIPATE IN THE TMI-l RESTART HEARING This memorandum is to advise the Licensing Board of Licensee's arrangements for distribution of copies of the TMI-1 Restart Report as filed with the NRC Staff.

Members of the Licensing Board will receive under separate cover a copy of the Restart Report updated through Amendment 5 and consisting of three loose leaf volumes. Sub-sequent amendments together with filing instructions will be distributed to members of the Board as available.

Petitioners to intervene or participate in the TMI-l restart hearing listed in the attached service list have al-ready received a single volume of the Restart Report complete and updated through Amendment 2. They will receive under sep-arate cover updated copies of the Report through Amendment 5.

The updated copies will consist of a set of pages which re-place in their entirety the material in the single volume 1551 226 7912130 h

already provided to them plus two additional volumes with pages already inserted. Subsequent amendments together with filing instructions will be distributed as available.
