Dear Mr. Keppler:

In our letter dated October 30, 1979 regarding the remainder of inspections relative to Bulletin 79-14, we had informed you that we would take additional time to determine our position and report to you by November 15, 1979.

As a result of conversations with members of your staff and your letter which we received on November 9,1979, we agree to resume the in-spection to include normally inaccessible piping during our first quarter 1980 refueling shutdown.
