Nuclear Engineering Company, Inc. hereby requests renewal of Certificate of Compliance No. 6144.
N, We note that the subject shipping package is customarily known in the industry as a model "B-2" as opposed to "6144" used in the certificate.
We would request that the references in the certificate be revised when renewed in order to reflect the customary usage.
In your letter to us dated September 13, 1979, we were requested to provide a consolidated safety analysis report in support of this application.
In spite of our best efforts, this report is not yet complete.
It is our present intention to submit the report to your attention before the close of this year.
We trust that this will be satisfar:crf 10 you.
It is our understanding that the certificate will remain in full force and effect until final action on this application is taken by the Commission pursuant to 10 CFR 2.109.
Cur check in the amount of $150.00 is enclosed as payment in full for renewal pursuant to 10 CFR Part 170.
