Gentlemen:
Bechtel Power Corporation, after finishing the pipe stress analysis for ANO-1 " accessible" piping (submitted in our October 26, 1979 letter),
reanalyzed the support loads for the applicable isometrics and identified some loads in excess of those shown on the support drawinas. Bechtel is now in the process of performing an initial engineering evaluation of the impact of the load increases. This evaluation should be completed by December 7, 1979. To date, no inoperable supports have been identified.
We will provide you with the results of the more extensive analytic eval-uation February 9,1980, Due to the in: pact of the new IE Bulletin 79-02, Revision 2, requirements and the manpower required to analyze the above mentioned supports our schedule for responding to the remaining IE Bulletin 79-14 items has slipped.
The analysis of " inaccessible" piping will be submitted as shown in Enclosure 1.

Update all stress isometrics for " accessible" piping (located outside the Reactor Building), make a detailed compatison with seismic calcu-lations and determine whether or not any calculations need to be rerun.
Submit a list of items to be reanalyzed and justification for all non-conformances that are satisfactory.

By October 26, 1979 Complete all stress analysis work determined to be necessary wider (1) above.
3.
By December 21, 1979 Update all stress isometrics for " inaccessible" piping (located inside the Reactor Building), make a detailed comparison with seismic calcu-lations, and determine whether or not any calculations need to be re-run. Submit a list of items to be reanalyzed anu justification for all nonconformances that are satisfactory.
4.
By April 10, 1980 Complete all stress analysis work determined to be necessary under (3) above, and submit reports required by I&E Bulletin 79-14, Item 4.
