DOCKET 50-266 OPERATING CONDITIONS POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNIT 1 On November 29, 1979, we sent you a letter listing several operating and test conditions for Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Unit 1 upon its return to power from its current outage.

We had agreed to impose these conditions at the November 28

..teeting of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

While preparing our confirmatory letter of November 29, we had several telephone discussions with members of your Staff regarding our understanding and interpretation of these conditions.

Further review of these conditions indicates the need to clarify one item.

We wish to make the following modification to the conditions listed in our November 29 letter to confirm our intention with respect to Item 4 b as follows:

4.b Any two identified leahing tubes in any twenty-calendar-day period.

We believe the conditions presented in our November 29 letter, as modified herein, confo_m to the NRC's requirements and understanding.
