Package identification No. for this cask is USA /9070/3, NRC Docket No. 7.1-9070.
In order to meet quality assurance requirements set forth *.n 1.0 CFR 71.12 and pursuant to Appendix E, Item 1, Union Carbide Corporation has delegated to Chem-Nuclear Systems, Inc. the work of establishing the quality assurance program for Union Carbide Corporatica, and has received a copy of that program which will be used by Union Carbide Corporation.
Union Carbide Corporation has retained responsibility for executing the quality assurance program as it pertains to purchasing, handling, shipping, storing, cleaning, assembling, inspecting, and operating the subject radioactive materials shipping container. As such, Chem-::uclear Systems ' Quality Assurance Program, QA-AD-001, shall hereforth be called Union Carbide Corporations' Quality Assurance Program.
