On August 14, 1979, your Safeguards Contingency Plan and Security Personnel Training and Qualification Plan were approved and incorporated into License CSF-1 by Change No. 29 to the Technical Specifications. As we informed you earlier, fees for the review of the subject plans would be due upon completion of Licensing's review.
In accordance with facility fee Category F (Scial projects and reviews) and Footnote 4 of Section 170.21 of the enclosed Part 17C, we have notified our Office of the Controller to issue you an invoice for the fee.
The total cost to be billed is $5,510, which is based on review time involving a total of 145 professional man-hours at $38 per man-hour.
You should receive the invoice for this amount within a few days.
