Identify and describe the QA/QC functions performed by NEC's QA organization or delegated to other organizations providing controls to assure appropriate elements of Appendix E will be implemented.
2.
Identify and describe the responsibilities of each job function shown on the organization charts on p. d.
3.
Describe the duties and qualifications of the Vice President (Safety).
4.
Provide a statement that surveillance, if required, of suppliers during fabrication, inspection, testing, and shipment of materiais, equipment and components is planned and performed in accordance with written procedures to assure confomance to the purchase order requirements.
5.
Add the word " conducted" after "be" in Section 7.5 of flEC0 01-108.
