Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Kerr-McGee Nuc1 ear. Corporation SNM-1174 Cimarron Facility Based on the inspection conducted on August 27-29, 1979 and September 26 and 27, 1979, it appears that certain of your activities were in non-compliance with NRC requirements, as noted below. This item is a deficiency.
10 CFR 20.408(b) requires a report within 90 days to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and to the involved individual of the radiation exposure of each individual who has terminated employment.
Contrary to this requirement, as of September 27, 1979, you have failed to provide required reports within 90 days to the Commission, or the individuals involved, for nineteen individuals who terminated employment between January 1976 and August 1979.
