TUGCO submits this report on discovery during the month of October, 1979.

During the month of October, TUGCO's principal activity was participation in the depositions of Messrs. Price, Durham, Peterson, Rumel, Hancock, King, Naylor, Hart, Hatcher, Tanner, Ender, Taylor, Herring and Heyler. We also reviewed documents produced by WTU. Some previously scheduled depositions were post-poned pursuant to agreemult of all parties. concerned.

Also during the month, TU responded to supplemental dis-covery requests from NRC Staff and CSW, et al'.
