Under cover letter dated October 26, 1979, Gulf States Utilities Company seeks to have the Construction Permit No. CPPR-145 for River Bend Station, Unit 1 amended to include Cajun Electric Power Cooperative, Inc. and Sam Rayburn G&T, Inc. as co-owners of this nuclear unit.

Enclosed with this cover letter is information concerning Cajun Electric Power Cooperative, Inc. and Sam Rayburn G&T, Inc. submitted pursuant to Appendix L of 10 CFR, Part 50 of the Commission's Rules of Practice.
