This is in response to "'ur letter of flovember 1,1979 concerning your actions with regard to
' recent changes to 10 CFR Part 34.
You indicated that you are in the final phase of updating your regulations and will consider the incorporation of the 10 CFR Part 34 amendments.
The licensing policy changes address some but not all of the changes to Part 34. We are enclosing a copy of the final rule. We would like an opportunity to review your proposed regulations as well as the licensing policy changes before providing further comment.
