Reportable Occurrence Per Technical Specification 6.9.1.8.1 On November 9, 1979 at 1400 hours0.0162 days <br />0.389 hours <br />0.00231 weeks <br />5.327e-4 months <br />, it was determined a reportable event existed in that the Steam and Feedwater Rupture Control System steam generator low level trip setpoint was less conservative than was recuired by Technical Specification 3.3.2.2 Table 3.3-12.
It was determined by Tolea0 Edison personnel during comple-tion of the response to I.E.Bulletin 79-21 that the level transmitter setpoint was not properly compensated for the hot operating conditions.
Design work is proceeding to correct the setpoint for hot ambient conditions. The setpoint will be modified prior to the unit entering Mode 3 from the present unit outage.
