Gentlemen:

SCANP's proposed findings of fact regarding the financial qualifications#

of the Applicant are due today, November 1, 1979. Altnough SCANP has substantially completed preparation of these findings, a sudden (and hopefully brief) illness today beset the staff member primarily responsible for preparing the proposed findings. Therefore, SCANP requests a brief extension of time in which to file and serve the proposed findings, until Monday, November 5, 1979.

We trust that this brief postponecent will not occasion undue hardship to any of the parties.

Very truly yours, l lbLL{ ' tz[!&
