In regard to your petition for rulemaking of August 19, 1977, please be advised that the Comission has further delayed implementation of the requirements for pat-down searches of regular employees at nuclear power plants fron fiovember 1,1979 to fdvember 1,1980.
The delay is being granted for the reasons given in the er closed copy of the notice submitted for publication in the Federal Register.
