This is the report for October, 1979, on the discovery status of Central and South West Corporation et al.
("CSW").
During the month, attorneys for CSW filed a Motion for Protective Order concerning the public dis-closure of certain documents and information which CSW has been requested to produce or disclose by the Public Utilities Board of Brownsville, Texas
(" PUB").
In addition, Texas Utilities Generating Company
("TUGCO") and Houston Lighting and Power Company ("HLP")
have provided attorneys for CSW with copies of some (but not necessarily all) of the documents requested pursuant to CSW's August 22, 1979 Request for Production of Docu-ments to TUGCO and HLP.
