Enclosed for the information of the Commission are copies of tne Executive Branch response on a pending export license applicaticr..
(See SECY-79-166).
Copies of the Executive Branch ccmments have been placed in the Public Cocument Room.
As the Commission is aware, this proposed export relates to XR-120, the application for the reactor in which this fuel would be used.
The Ccmmission recently decided to consolidate XR-120 and XCOM-013 (the components applicat-ion), but not XSNM1471, into the proceedings on procedural and juri'sdictional issues called for by the Commission Order of October 19.
