Dear Sir:
On February 5,1979, you filed a Petition for Review, pursuant to 10 CFR 2.785(b) seekin; Comission review of ALAB-518. That petition was deemed denied, as provided in 10 CFR 2.786(b)(5), upon completion of the time for Comissi:n :ensideration of the petition and any answers thereto without the Co r.ission granting the petition in whole or in part. Comissioner Aheame, while agreeing with the Cormiission decision, excressed the belief that "the staff should note that if the Deptford terminal were to be approved, this would have to be reopened." Co:m:issioner Bradford did not concur in the Comission decision. His secarate views are contair.ed in the enclosed statement, dated October 5, 1979. Cincerely, Samuel J.
