ANSWER OF TEXAS UTILITIES COMPANY AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES TO REQUEST OF CENTRAL AND SOUTHWEST CORPORATION, ET AL. FOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS ADDRESSED TO TEXAS UTILITIES GENERATING COMPANY AND HOUSTON LIGHTING AND POWER COMPANY COME NOW TEXAS UTILITIES COMPANY ("TU"), TEXAS UTILITIES GENERATING COMPANY ("TUGC0"), DALLAS POWER & LIGHT COMPANY
("DPL"),
TEXAS ELECTRIC SERVICE COMPANY ("TESC0"), and TEXAS POWER & LIGHT COMPANY ("TPL"), all collectively referred to as "TU Companies", in compliance with Section 2.740b and 2.741 of the Rules of Practice of the Nuclear Regulatory Cocmission
("NRC"), and make the following answers for and on behalf of the Texas Utilities Company only to the above captioned request for production of documents.
Pursuant to the mutual agreement between counsel for the TU companies and the CSW companies, documents responsive to the above captioned request will be made available to CSW and other interested parties in Dallas during the week of October 15, 1979.
The TU companies reserve the right to supplement the documents to be produced.
