Re: William P. Gamn11's letter to All Power Reactor Licensees, dated 9/17/79.
The referenced letter roted that compliance with 40CFR190 will be required on Decenber 1,1979. The letter indicated that Alahm Powar OTipany will be required to assure sich ccrnpliance.
It also noted that a ccmnitnent to the provisions of the Radin-logical Effluent Technical Specifications is an acceptable method for denonstration of conformance.
Alnhama Power Canpany cannits to the following sections of the Farley RETS, subnitted to the NRC via letter of October 10, 1979:
3.11.1.2, 3.11.2.2, 3.11.2.3 and 3.11.2.5.
