NP.C issues licenses for the use and handling of nuclear materials under Parts 20, 30, 40, 50, 70, 71 and 73 of its regulations.
Copies of these parts are enclosed.
You may obtain a copy of the complete set of HRC Rules and Regulations, Title 10, Chapter 1 on a subscription basis through the Government Printing Office (GPO),
Superintendent of Documents, Washington, DC 20402.
Documents 3 and 4 of Appendix A may also be purchased through the GPO.
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission Issuances (NRCI's) may be obtained on a subscription basis for $50.00 through the National Technical Information Service (NTIS),
5285 Port Royal Road, Springfield, Virginia 22161.
For your information, a copy of the May 1978 NRCI's is enclosed.
