As we discussed on the telephone today, I am enclosing copies of letters dated August 27, 1979 from Richard C. Hand and October 9,1979 from Anthony F. Earley, Jr. concerning the continuing negotiations among LILCO, the Staff, and the County of Suffolk.
These letters give the approximate status of the negotiations at this time.
I will contact you when firm arrangements as to time and place are made for the upcoming meetings of November 1 and 2,1979 for the continued discussions among the parties.
