7]Iid Pursuant to Commission Memorandum and Order dated June 8, 1973, an Atomic Safety and Licensing Board is being established to rule on petitions and/or requests for leave to intervene in the following proceeding:
METROPOLITAN EDISON COMPANY, ET AL.
(Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2)
Docket Nos. 50-289, 50-320 This action is in reference to the " Determination to Rescind Suspension of Construction Activities" in the instant matter published by the Director of R3gulation on April 10, 1973 in the Federal Register (38 F.R. 9105).
