Docket Nos. STN 50-522 and STN 50-523 Gentlemen:
On October 4,1979, Intervenor FOB /CFSP filed a Motion for Extension of Time to file its findings of fact and conclusions of law.
F0B/CFSP requested a week's extension, from October 5 te October 12, 1979, and represented that the NRC Staff had no objection to ac extension. We do not object to the requested extension provided that the date of filing the Staff's reply find-ings of fact and conclusions of law is extended from October 19 to October 26, 1979.
(See Miscellaneous Orders, dated September 13, 1979).
Also, on October 3,1979, Intervenor SCANP filed a Motion to Compel Discovery.
The Staff takes no position with respect to this Motion.
