NDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. B-85 Gentlemen:
The Cincinnati Gas G Electric Company, on behalf of itself and as agent for Columbus and Southern Ohio Electric Company and The Dayton Power and Light Company, hereby requests that Item 4 of the Attachment to Indemnity Agreement No. B-85 (Page 11), be amended to read:
"The named insurid's premises known as Nm. H.
Zimmer Nuclear Station located approximately 25 miles southeast of Cincinnati, Ohio on the Ohio Rivar, Washington Township, Clermont County, Ohio, comprising the area within the Station's security fence and all buildings and facilities included therein, including the Gate House, Service Water Structure and the area to and including the Cooling Tower.
This area is further depicted in Exhibit A, drawing attached."
This revision will assure consistency between the Indemnity Agreement and both liability and property insurance coverage at the Wm. H. Zimmer Nuclear Power Station.
