Dear Mr. Laudig:
This is in regard to your letter dated October 16, 1979, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of the Public Service of Indiana's application for an operating license for the Marble Hill Station.
In response to your request, please be informed that copies of all documents listed in Appendix A which are subject to your request are located in the NRC Public Document Room,1/17 H Street N.W., Washington, DC, and in the NRC Local Public Document Room (LPDR) for the Marble Hill facility located in the Madison-Jefferson County Public Library, 420 West Main Street, Madison, Indiana. The charge for reproducing records located in the PDR is eight cents ($0.08) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(a). Copies of these documents can be purchased by writing directly to the PDR. The number of pages per document is indicated in the appendix.
Upon your agreement to pay the reproduction charges, the PDR will arrange for the records to be reproduced by Potomac Research, Inc., a private reproduction contractor servicing the PDR.
You will be billed t'y Potomac Research, Inc. for the reproduction charges, plus tax and postage.
