The Interim Report regarding subject significant dericiency states the Final Report is scheduled to be in your office by June 1, 1979.

On May 29, 1979, we requested an extension to August 31, 1979.

Pursuant to the conversation of August 24, 1979, between Messrs. W. J.

Kacer of our office and Kavin Ward of your office, this is to confirm that an extension past August 31, 1979 is requested.

It is anticipated that the Final Report will be submitted by December 15, 1979.
