Dear Mr. Oberle:
This is in response to your letter of October 17, 1979 in which you reauested, pursuant to the Freede n of Information Act, copies of solici-tations and contracts which the NRC may have dealing with executive placement, counseling or other employee related services from January 1, 1978 to the present.
Pursuant to our telephone conversation, we have determined that your particular area of interest was in the area of "out placement" of senior personnel.
The NRC has no contracts with any firms which deal in this area nor does the NRC engage in this practice.
