On September 19, 1979, Applicants jointly moved for a thirty day ex-tension of time within which to petition for Commission review of ALAB-560.
In its Answer filed September 20, 1979, the City of Cleveland, while not oppos-ing Applicants' motion, requested that any time extensions be applied equally to all parties.
On October 22, 1979, three separate petitions for review, totalling thirty pages, were filed by various Applicants.
While the Staff and the Department of Justice believe that none of the petitions raise any questions warranting Commission review, the Department and the Staff hereby move the Commission to designata November 19,1979 as the date on which answers to the petitions must be filed.
This will constitute an enlargement of time of approximately two weeks in the schedule set forth in 10 C.F.R. 52.786.
