12 DESCfhPTION OF AMENDMENT /MODlHCATION A.
Regarding Artlcle I - Scope of Work, Paragraph G.1

1.
Line 7, delete the period " thirty (30) days" and substitute in lieu thereof the period " thirty-six (36) days."
2.
Line 15, delete the word "above" and substitute in lieu thereof the phrase "in Article II."
B.
Regarding Article II - Periad of Performance, add the following sentence:
"The NRC shall have a period of thirty (30) days after completion of Phase I in which to exercise the option described under Article I, Paragraph G."
