Box 542 Reading, Pennsylvania 19603 Docket "o. 50-289 Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted on September 17-19, 1971, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in full compliance with the conditions of your NRC Facility License No. DPR-50, as Indicated below:
