H. Tillou, A. V. J. Burzi, and D. M. Hunnicutt, on June 24-25, 1971, is forwarded for informaeion.-
This licensee's continuing efforts to reinforce ar.d amplify the site QA/QC surveillance activities are reassuring, although the efforts have been some-what less than an unqualified success.
]
We have concerns regarding the continuing series of concrete problems which indicate repeated failure of the site personnel to implement the details of concrete placement procedures.
The work stoppage by the operating end neers was settled on July 9, 1971, i
so activity on site should gradually cecelerate back to normal.
