The attached report of a management meeting on Jar sary 13, 1970 with Met-Ed and its principal contractors is forwarded for action.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the results of the QA inspection which was performed during the weeks of December 1 and 8, 1969.

As was discussed in the previous inspection report (C0 Report Nos. 289/69-6 and 320/69-2), the major QA deficiencies were in the Babcock and Wilcox pro-

gram.
'Je were encouraged by Mr. Miller's voluntary action to pursue im-

provements with the B&W Vice President.
It is hoped that this action will

result in significant improvements.
It.is strongly recoc= tended that an early reinspection be scheduled at B&W.
