The subject inspection report is forwarded for information.
The inspector verified that no damage to safety related equipment
on site was caused by the flood.
Slides were previously provided to RO:HQ of the flood crast in the
plant area. A copy of these slides was also provided to the licensee.
Subsequent inspection verified minimal damage to installed and stored

equipment on site.

Directorate of Licensing personnel have subsequently been at the site
to review any required modifications in the design basis for flood
