NOTICE OF DEPOSITION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that at a time and a place to be mutually agreed upon, the AEC Regulatory Staff (Staff) shall take the deposition on oral examination of Herbert S. Denenberg, Insurance Commissioner of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in accordance with 52.740a of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
The Staff will examine Commissioner Denenoerg on the centent of nis written testimony in the above proceeding which was forwarded to the Staff by Mr. Lawrence Sager on October 29, 1973, contention 10b as it currently exists and as it may be expanded by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board, and any other subject reasonably related.
The deposition will be taken before an individual who is a certified shorthand reporter and notary public of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and Officer authorized to administer oaths by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
