1.
Simplification, clarification and specification of the issues; 2.
The necessity or desirability of amending the pleadings; 3.
The obtaining of stipulations; 4.
Any pending motions; 5.
The need for discovery, if any, and the time required therefor; 6.
Identification of witnesses; 7.
Establishment of a schedule for further actions; and 8.
Such other matters as may aid in the orderly disposition of the proceeding.
