As per your request of May 17,1973, I an enclosing the twelve Regulatory Operation Inspection Reports which relate to the containment building ring girder problem. Of these reports the first ten have now been reviewed for proprietary information (no deletions were made), and copies have been sent to the public document room. The last two reports were already in,
the public document room. As I have mentioned previously, we would be happy to arrange a meeting with you and our technical people i.o discuss this problem, or any other problem for which you seek clarification.
