MOTION FOR APPROVAL BY THE ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING BOARD OF A STIPULATION RELATING TO THE INTRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS INTO EVIDENCE On September 20, 1973, Counsel for the Regulatory Staff and Counsel for the Intervenor in the above captioned proceed signed a Stipulation relating to the introduction of documents into evidence.
On September 25, 1973, the Applicant signed the Stipulatio'n.
Acceptance of this Stipulation by the Board will eliminate the necessity of formally introducing the documents through sponsoring witnesses and should effectively reduce the length of time needed for completion of the hearing.
Wherefore, the Staff moves for acceptance and approval of the afore-mentioned Stipulation by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board in this proceeding.
