Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1, Docket No. 50-289 At the Prehearing Conference in the above referenced proceeding, held in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on August 28, 1973, pursuant to the Board's Notice of August 15, 1973, you stated that you had not received written notice from the Board, or from any other branch of the Commission, setting a time and date for the prehearing conference.
You also indicated that there may have been inadequate notice of the prehearing conference to members of the public.
A check of the Certificate of Service in the Public Proceedings Branch of the Office of the Secretary of the Commission discloses that the Notice of Prehearing Conference dated August 15, 1973 was served by deposit in the United States mail the 15th day of August, 1973, upon the following persons, among others:
