At the Prehearing Conference in the above-entitled proceeding held on August 28, 1973, Counsel for the Regulatory Staff requested an opportunity to submit comments in writing on two matters relating to Intervenors' " Revised Contentions:"
(a)
The Board's jurisdiction to consider the environmental aspects of " transportation of the fuel and waste materials to and from the facility" (Paragraph 3 of contentions; Tr. pp.150-51) ; and (b)
The Regulatory Staff position with respect to the issue of the completeness of the cost / benefit analysis (Paragraph 10 of contentions; Tr. pp. 181, 199-200).

, Accordingly, the Board will afford the Regulatory Staff an opportunity to file such comments on or before September 7, 1973.
Other parties may file responses to the comments of the Regulatory Staff on or before September 14, 1973.
