AFFIDAVIT OF RALMI E. NEIDIG I, Ralph E. Neilig, being duly sworn, propose and state that I am Vice President in Charge of Engineering and a Director of Metropolitan Edison Company; that I presented evidence under oa.th on behalf of the Applicant to the Public Hearing in the above-captioned catter at Middletown, Pennsylvania on April 10 and 11, 1968; and I prepared the document to which this affidavit is attached and entitled " Applicant's Response to the Addendum to the Safety Evaluation by the Division of Reactor Licensing, United States Atomic Energy Com:nission: for submission in the above-captioned proceeding; and that the contents of the document, which I adopt as my testimony in the above-captioned proceeding, are true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
