In accordance with PI 0600/6, " Construction Deficiency Reporting" the Metropolitan Edison Company (Three Mile Island 1 & 2) deficiency report of 6/13/73, covering incomplete documentation for welding filler electrodes used for the manual metal arc process by Babcock Wilcox, Mt. Vernon, Ohio, on Units 1.& 2 reactor vessels, is being assigned to ADC0 for evaluation of the technical adequacy of the corrective action being taken and final resolution of the deficiency.
