Dear Sir:

I would appreciate receiving the notice of the hearing in the matter of the operating liscense for the Three Mile Island Nuclear Power Station, A.E.C. Docket #50-289, as soon as such a date is determined. .

I would also like to request that a minimum of thirty days notice be given before the commencement of the hearing.

This time it requested because those involved in the inter-vention come from at least five counties in Pennsylvania, and to date the Metropolitan Edison Company has been exceedingly uncooperative in supplying the necessary Safety Analysis Reports.

Much time and effort will be wasted and much inconvenience wil be caused by the continued intransigence of Met. Ed. even if a longer notice is given.

Thank you very much.

Yours sincerely car.4cc),
