ORDER AIMITHING EVIDENCE AND CIOSING THE HEARDIG RECORD 1.

A public hearing upon the above application was conducted in Middletown, Pennsylvania, pursuant to duly published notices and orders. The presentation of oral testimony on behalf of the parties was conditionally completed at the hearing on April 11, 1968, when it was stipulated and ordered that additional evidence in the fom of verified statements might subsequently be offered for the record.

Provisions were made in the procedural order to require advance noti-fication to all participants and to the public of the proposed addi-tional evidence, and also to afford an opportunity for any party or interested person or members of this Board to seek a further hearing upon the matters at issue. The anticipated steps have been taken as noted belov, and the hearing record as herein supplemented and closed is available for decisional consideration in the light of proposed findings and conclusions which will be filed as provided for in the hearing record o::ders.
