With regard to the continued protection of vital. areas until installation and testing of the alar s has been ecmpleted, please recall that all exterior grade-level doors are being patrolled at least twice every eight-hour shift (see the ene.lcsure to our letter of August 30,~1974), and we intend to continue this practice until the doors have all been alarmed.
