Dear Mr. Giambusso:
Attached are three signed originals and 19 conformed copies of Amendment 42 to the Operating License Application for Three Mile Island Nuclear Station Unit 1..
This Amendment transmits Applicants' response to Mr. DeYoung's letter of January 3, 1973 regarding "in-situ valve testing".
Also enclosed is Section 15.6 (Administrative Cpntrols) of the Technical Specifications and information which serves to update the FSAR.
There are also enclosed one copy and 20 conformed conies of the Certificate of Service of Amendment 42 on the chief executives of the township and county in which the facility is located.
